MIRACLE DIET DROPS Plan and Shopping List
NEW 2014 FOOD PLAN
Every Day take 10-12 drops (approx one teaspoon) of Miracle Diet Drops THREE TIMES PER DAY at least 15 minutes before eating. Place under tongue and try to hold there as long as you can before swallowing.
EVERY DAY YOU MUST DRINK AT LEAST 6-8 GLASSES OF WATER (if you don’t like the taste of plain water, you can add herbal or fruit tea bags to the water to make your own ‘fruit drink’
Days 1 & 2 (loading days)
You can eat and drink anything and everything you want, including takeaways, cakes, alcohol, chocolate, crisps, ice cream etc. These two ‘loading days’ are essential for your metabolism to be reset when you drop the calories you consume a day without feeling hungry!
The Diet (days 3-46)
You are allowed FIVE SNACKS per day, from the following:
Suggestion: have one snack for breakfast, the other around mid afternoon
1 apple (any size, including baking apple)
Half fresh grapefruit
5 strawberries
1 orange
Raspberries/blueberries
Melon
Cranberries
Peaches
Plums
Pears
Gooseberries
Passion Fruit
Grapes (small handful - you can freeze these)
Satsuma
Clementines
Cherries
Pineapple
Blackberries
Plums
Cherries
Pineapple
You may also have 30g of porridge oats for your breakfast made up with yoghurt allowance which has increased. You may add chia seeds, and oatmeal.
Lunch:
Choose one portion from the following:
MUST BE lean, raw weight, all visible fat removed:
100 gms chicken breast, skin removed
100gms veal
100gms Pork fillet
100gms white fish
100gms fresh prawns, peeled
100gms beef 3 times a week only
100gms lobster
Turkey
Salmon
Trout
fresh mussels
clams x 10
scallops x 10
seabass
Tilapia
1 egg OR half tub full fat cottage cheese
ALL MEAT MUST BE FRESH – no pre-minced meat, get you butcher to mince fresh meat for you. The Findus outbreak goes to show you don’t know what your eating unless you make it yourself.
PLUS
UNLIMITED amounts of TWO CHOICE only from the following
SPINACH
LETTUCE
CABBAGE
TOMATOES
ONIONS
CELERY
FENNEL
RED RADISHES
CUCUMBER
ASPARAGUS
Green Beans

No dressings or oils allowed – use cider vinegar and spices or your yoghurt to create your dressings or sauces.
DINNER (same choices as for lunch menu)
NOTE – try and vary your choice of meals so as not to get bored with the same foods there’s plenty of recipes in the files.
In addition to the above you are allowed:
TEA (NO MILK) COFFEE (NO MILK)
Natural Greek Yoghurt has been increased to 2 tablespoons a day
Two tablespoons full fat (blue top) milk per day - you can buy the little ones separately- Almond Milk
Sweeteners (Hermesetas, Stevia, Truvia) NO ASPARTAME
YOU CAN ALSO ADD TO YOUR COOKING:
